Holiday #1 (Served Meal)

Slow Roasted Prime Rib of Beef served with Buttered Fingerling Potatoes and Fresh Sauteed Asparagus.  Served with a Garden Salad, Rolls and Butter and Creme Brulee.  $28.00 per person

Holiday #2 (Served Meal)

Pork Loin Stuffed with House Made Apple Sausage with a Kentucky Bourbon glaze and served with Herb Seasoned Stuffing and Seasonal Vegetable Medley. Served with a Ceasar Salad, Rolls and Butter, and Pumpkin Pie.  $19.00 per person.

Holiday #3 (Served Meal)

Slow Roasted Breast of Turkey served over Mashed Sweet Potatoes.  Sauteed Fresh Green Beans, Cranberry Relish.  Served with Garden Salad, Rolls and Butter, and Pecan Pie.  $18.00 per person.

Holiday #4 (Served Meal)

Locally Raised Trout baked in lemon butter and served with Seasoned Wild Rice and Vegetable Medley.  Served with Garden Salad, Rolls and Butter, and Cheesecake.  $17.00 per person.

Buffet Dinner #5

Choice of Two Salads:  Garden Salad, Potato Salad, Pasta Salad or Waldorf Salad

Choice of Two Entrees:  Turkey and Dressing, Sliced Top Round, Herbed Roasted Breast of Chicken, Smothered Steak, Tavern Ham, Rosemary Loin of Pork, Prime Rib (add $3.00 per person)

Choice of Three Sides:  House Stuffing, Mashed Potatoes, Baked Potato, Fresh Sweet Potato (mashed or whole), Country Style Green Beans, Fresh Sauteed Green Beans, Roasted Sweet Corn, or Cranberry Relish
