Many of our on-site menus are also available off-site. The ones listed below are picnic style options.
All Picnic Meals include a Beverage Station consisting of Assorted Sodas, Coffee, Bottled Water, Potato Chips and Pretzels. Picnic menus include white plastic table covers, plastic utensils, chaffer warmers and serving utensils.
The Beckley Raleigh County Convention Center staff will prepare adequate amounts of food to replenish buffet lines for a maximum of 2 hours. A minimum guarantee of 50 is required. Picnic pricing includes tables for food and beverage stations. It does not include tables for seating, chairs, or tents. The Convention Center reserves the right to increase prices due to changes in market conditions. Please contact our Sales Department for rental equipment prices.
